Reference: Loan For expansion of factory premises.

Dear Sir,
In response to your letter of 26th January 2, 20. we regret to tell you that we are unable to comply with your request for sanctioning you loan for expanding your factory premises. The security that you have proposed to produce against the loan is satisfactory. But our inspection lean has reported that your factory is located in a very unsafe area. There are several boiler mills and godowns very close to your factory. Building codes were not observed in the construction of your factory and the adjacent mills and godowns. The only path to your factory is so narrow that, in case of need, Fire Brigade cars will fail to make way to your factory. Several minor fire accidents occurred in the adjacent area recently.

We, therefore, regret our inability to sanction you loan for expanding your factory
